Adding Content to Your WordPress Blog

Now that we understand how to adjust the WordPress theme to meet our desired look and feel its time to start adding content. Without content, a website isn’t really a website, is it?

Content is the most important part of your website, even if you have the best design in the world, you probably won’t have many visitors without content. Content is part of how Search Engines, such as Google and Bing, determine where to rank your website. The content is entirely up to you, write until your heart is content and enjoy blogging, it shouldn’t be a chore!

The video below will teach you how to add content to your website. There are two easy ways to add content to your website, pages and posts. Essentially pages are static and posts are meant to be chronological updates to your website. If you keep this in mind it will help you keep the two straight in the future.
